Do you take insurance?
At this time, nutritional therapy is not generally covered by insurance. If you have questions about your individual insurance policy, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly. Due to patient privacy laws, I am unable to contact your insurance provider on your behalf.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
I understand that life happens, and I just ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancelations and no-shows will result in the forfeiting of that pre-paid scheduled appointment without reimbursement. Thank you for respecting this policy!
